Finance Business Partner | Central Manchester + Hybrid | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | £60,000-£65,000 + benefits
Job Overview:
Axon Moore are working on behalf of a long term client who are once again looking to bring an ACA Qualified Accountant into an extremely high calibre, and progressive finance function. With a track record of several internal promotions, this is an ideal role for an ACA Manager, or 2nd time mover looking to step into a commercial setting, whilst having the support of fellow ACA members around them. With a very transparent progression cycle, this is a fantastic role if you are eager to move through the mid-market quickly, pushing toward a Head of Finance role.

Main Duties:
- Partner alongside Divisional leads to obtain a strong understanding of performance indicators supporting the divisions ongoing strategy for growth.
- Support monthly and full year planning process through effective forecasting.
- Contribute to the “big picture” planning process to aid commercial and investment decisions.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships to improve business decision making.
- Communicate results to senior leaders within the business, providing critical insight into performance of their areas and what actions need to be taken.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting and KPI’s on business performance.
- Attend cross-divisional finance team meetings to input and contribute to various initiatives.
- ACA Qualified.
- Relevant experience of commercial analytics.
- Experience working in a similar role and setting.
- Able to support the business function and senior management team.
- Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
