Finance Business Partner | Central Manchester (3 days in office) | £48,000 - £55,000 | Market leading retail business
Axon Moore are working exclusively with a great brand in central Manchester who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This would suit a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified individual with drive and ambition, and an ability to confidently build relationship with non-finance managers across the business.

This would suit a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified individual with drive and ambition, and an ability to confidently build relationship with non-finance managers across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Business partner with several senior stakeholders in addition to providing insightful business analysis.
- Review and analyse divisional costs to support accuracy of accounts. This includes providing accurate commentary and investigation into variances
- Drive performance of the business by identified opportunities and engaging the commercial teams
- Work with business leads to produce meaningful budgets and reforecasts
- Provide decision-making recommendations, balance support with probing and constructive challenge, and clearly and concisely explain key reporting and insight on profitability and KPI’s
- Ensure weekly utilisation and WIP reports are delivered and provide direction/support on ways forward
- Meet relevant forecast and budget deadlines with high levels of accuracy and detail
- Provide analysis and reporting on market share position using data. Providing analysis on price, promotions and marketing
- Work closely with the customer services team to develop their commercial awareness
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Non Finance & Finance Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
- Confident with ability to constructively challenge to drive performance
- Highly analytical with financial awareness and commercial acumen
