Finance Business Partner | Rochdale (2 days in office) | £55,000 - £65,000 | Award winning business
Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with an award winning, "people first" £100m+ turnover business in Rochdale who due to internal promotion, have created a new vacancy for a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Joining a culture driven and friendly team whilst acting as a number 2 to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders in order to drive performance and profitability, providing accurate information and recommendations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Developing appropriate performance measures and KPIs for trading divisions
- Supporting and mentoring the wider finance team
- Trend analysis and commentary
- Cash flow management
- Review of revenue, cost of sales and margins across full product portfolio
- Ad-hoc financial analysis
- Monthly rolling P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement forecasting
- Manage a strong relationship with key suppliers and key stakeholders
- Profit optimisation projects
- Supporting enhancement of KPI reporting
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Confident communicator, with an ability to build relationships and challenge people
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
