Axon Moore are pleased to partner with a leading business as they look to recruit a Finance Business Partner for an initial 9 month contract with strong possibility to be extended long term.
This role with take ownership of understanding current performance, produce detailed forecasts and analysis to improve financial decision making and cost control.
Key responsibilities
This role is hybrid working but does require someone to be in Preston 3 days a week.

This role with take ownership of understanding current performance, produce detailed forecasts and analysis to improve financial decision making and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, lead and manage the budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
- Provide challenge and delivery of EBITDA targets, ensuring opportunities are maximised and risks are highlighted and mitigated.
- Support the sales team with commercial agreements, incentives and rewards to ensure spend is in line with budgets and forecasts and profitability maximised.
- Communicate performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities to maximise profitability.
- Support ad hoc analysis and appraisal of business initiatives to help prioritise and drive incremental sales and profitability.
- Use your analytical capabilities to assess commercial viability of business initiatives and make data backed recommendations.
- Building close working relationships with key stakeholders to drive profitability and aid decision making.
