Finance Business Partner | Oldham (2 days in office) | £60,000 - £65,000 | PE Backed
Axon Moore have once again partnered with a key client, a market leading highly acquisitive PE backed business in Oldham who have created a brand new role for a qualified Finance Business Partner to their team on a full time permanent basis.
This role has been created to support several central support functions and their Executive leaders. For example, a large part of your role will be working closely with and acting as a key business partner to the the Group CTO.

Responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders in order to drive performance and profitability, providing accurate information and recommendations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Developing appropriate performance measures and KPIs for trading divisions
- Supporting and mentoring the wider finance team
- Trend analysis and commentary
- Cash flow management
- Review of revenue, cost of sales and margins across full product portfolio
- Ad-hoc financial analysis
- Monthly rolling P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement forecasting
- Manage a strong relationship with key suppliers and key stakeholders
- Profit optimisation projects
- Supporting enhancement of KPI reporting
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Confident communicator, with an ability to build relationships and challenge people
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
