Finance Business Partner | North Manchester (2 days in office) | £60,000 - £70,000 | PE Backed
Axon Moore have once again partnered with a key client, a market leading highly acquisitive PE backed business in Oldham who have created a brand new role for a qualified Finance Business Partner to their team on a full time permanent basis.
This role has been created to support several central support functions and their Executive leaders. For example, a large part of your role will be working closely with and acting as a key business partner to the Group CTO.

This role has been created to support several central support functions and their Executive leaders. For example, a large part of your role will be working closely with and acting as a key business partner to the Group CTO.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the CTO and other department heads to develop and implement financial strategies for central services, aligning them with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for IT and other central services, partnering with department leaders to set realistic financial targets that align with the organisation’s strategic priorities
- Proactively analyse budget and forecast variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance
- Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and provide strategic recommendations for resource allocation and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and present insightful financial reports for IT and central services, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams, providing financial expertise to support and drive business initiatives.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Proven experience in financial business partnering, preferably with a focus on central services and overheads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
