Axon Moore are delighted to be working in partnership and exclusively, with another well established, highly successful, market leading business to recruit a Finance Director to support the businesses further growth and expansion.
A key part of the Senior Leadership Team the role will work very closely with the Managing Director and alongside the commercial leaders in a role that is crucial to the continued success of the business. Responsibilities will be wider than the finance function and include property, corporate compliance, IT, business processes and M&A.
This is a genuinely outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to effect change and modernisation around processes and finance systems within a successful business. To be considered for the role you will have a breadth of experience within senior finance roles as well as excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of emotional intelligence. Experience of leading large teams and a desire to work with a business that values building long term relationships with suppliers and customers will be a must.
