Job description
Finance Director | £90,000 – £120,000 | Bolton | Private Equity Backed | Acquisitive High Growth Services Business
Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with a growing Private Equity backed services business close to Bolton to appoint a Finance Director.
This business are first movers in an underinvested market and with recent significant external investment, they have begun an extensive buy and build programme that will see them emerge as a UK market leader in the coming years.
The successful Finance Director in this role will join them at a pivotal time as they start an ambitious buy and build strategy. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in the short term to operate in a hands on role whilst building a wider finance team.
Previous experience including M&A, financial modelling and commercial finance would be preferred as well as a solid technical accounting foundation, however calibre and future potential to grow with a rapidly expanding business is paramount.
This will be a demanding and progressive role that will develop in line with the expansion of the business and a significant equity position available.
If you would like a confidential conversation about this opportunity then please contact Dan Calland (dcalland@axonmoore.com) or Jessica Coleman (jcoleman@axonmoore.com) who operate out of Axon Moore’s Lancashire team.
