Axon Moore are delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting and growing business seeking to appoint its first Finance Director. Launched around 6 years ago the business is well established and having enjoyed steady growth is now ready to make a step change and further accelerate that growth. A fully integrated communication agency they have built an excellent client base and outstanding reputation.
Working closely with the founder, this role is ideal for an experienced Head of Finance or Finance Manager seeking a step into their first Finance Director role. The successful applicant will have experience of and enjoy working in an SME environment where there is the scope to professionalise the finance function and establish the right processes and procedures to help ensure the business is ready for the next phase of its exciting journey.
As well as the ability to remain hands on when needed the role will require an individual with excellent communication skills in order to be able to work with the wider business to challenge and support when needed.Having enjoyed organic growth to date, future plans may include seeking raising of capital to accelerate growth.
The role is part time initially (there may be room for increase hours over time as the business grows) and will be for 2.5 days per week with flexibility on which days/hours are worked.
The salary quoted is the full time equivalent
