My client is looking for a hungry Finance Graduate to join the business and engage in this exciting programme. The aim of the programme to give the finance graduate exposure to all areas of finance whilst studying ACCA/CIMA. At the end of the programme, you will find yourself fully qualified and fully equipped with experience in all areas of Finance. The size of the business is also advantageous for your career path. Current senior members of the business started their careers on this programme and our now part of the senior executive team, an excellent in-house progression story.
This role is offering some stand out benefits! Firstly, the salary bracket is £28,000-£32,000. After probationary period your salary will be increased, and the salary will increase with each exam passed! The study package offers more than just covering the cost of the exam, you will be covered for the whole training course and study days on top. The role offers relocation opportunities in the 2nd year of the programme, this can be to locations such as Spain or within the UK. You will be subsidised on top of your salary for this.

Main Duties:
- Exposure to a broad spectrum of Finance in all areas including; Transactional, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Finance over a 2 year period whilst completing further studies.
Person Specification:
- Graduate in Accounting and Finance/Finance/STEM Degree
- Some experience in a similar role (this can be placement whilst at university or postgraduate experience).
- Ambitious and driven is a MUST.
- Hungry to gain exposure in all areas and work with mentors within the business.
Must Haves:
- Located in the Greater Manchester area.
- Full UK Driving License and a car to travel to location.
- Happy to relocate for work in the future. More details on this to be given. However, the first year of work will be out of the Manchester site.
