Axon Moore are partnering with a longstanding organisation in Preston to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an industry leading business, working as part of a superb collaborative team reporting to a highly knowledgeable Finance Director and leading a small, established team.
Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Monthly management information reports and management of month end procedures
- Accountability for the outcomes of all accounting and financial reporting activities
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
- Management of Quarterly stocktake procedures
- Payroll preparation and reporting
- Management of Annual Statutory Audit
- Margin analysis
- Manage the monthly closing of the General Ledger ensuring the financial data accuracy
- Assist in the yearly budget preparation
- Review of Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliation
- Management of a small finance team
- Ad hoc project work around continuous improvements
