Finance Manager | £50,000 - £70,000 + Bonus | Blackburn 1 day a week & 4 days Fully Flexible | Large International Business | Excellent Culture and Benefits
Axon Moore are exclusively working with a CFO of a large international business with operations in Blackburn. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager to run their businesses in Blackburn and are open to two different candidate profiles:
A) An up and coming Finance Manager with a few years post qualified years experience (up to £60,000)
Or
B) An established Finance Manager with proven leadership skills (Up to £70,000)
This is an excellent business that looks after the long term well being of their colleagues. Many of the staff have had long term careers with them and have progressed well in their careers. They have a strong learning and development culture for ongoing training and development and they’ll incentive this new Finance Manager to grow in their skillset and exposure in the business.
The Finance Manager will have responsibility for all financial operations of their services in Blackburn including team management of a small team. The role will have exposure to other business units and stakeholders internationally and will often be involved in cross-department projects locally, or strategic problem-solving teams internationally. This is a broad and exciting role that will be different month to month and will have a lot of exposure.
