Job Overview:
Axon Moore are delighted to be working with an established, global, professional services business. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the focus of the role is to manage and oversee the financial accounts and audit processes for EMEA, APAC and US. To assist the financial controller in producing all audit and corporation tax packs and assisting with the production of the UK and EMEA statutory accounts.

Main Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of financial year end audit packs in accordance with UK and international audit requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of year end tax packs in accordance with UK and international tax requirements.
- Review annual reports & producing commentary for advisors, to include:
- Detailed profit and loss account analysis
- Reconciliation of control accounts
- Answering all queries raised by audit and tax advisors
- Assist in the review of reports within Finance software
- Improve processes to ensure all statutory accounts and audits are completed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the local accounting advisors and auditors to ensure compliance in all countries.
- Employed Project Worker Account Reconciliations
- Manage and Maintain Cash Collection Targets set by Invoicing Discounting partners
- Point of contact for MD queries in relation to the Bill & Pay Team and Credit Control Team
- Point of Contact with Bank regarding Invoice Discounting Accounts and ensure all team members have the correct access to all bank accounts
- Stay up to date with legal requirements to be used for financial purposes
- Ensure transactions are correctly processed in a timely to ensure commission calculations are accurate and all transactions are recorded on the accounting software
Person Specification:
- Great role for a technically astute part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with necessary industry experience
- Understanding of multi-currency
- Understanding of audit
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisation, communication and presentational skills
