The Finance Manager will provide a pivotal role in the continued success of the business, the role will require working closely with the Group Financial Controller, the finance team and the wider business.

Job Purpose
The Finance Manager will provide a pivotal role in the continued success of the business, the role will require working closely with the Group Financial Controller, the finance team and the wider business.
Principal Accountabilities
- Working alongside the Group Financial Controller, provide support for the implementation of the new finance & stock system and wider group ERP.
- Own the month end reporting cycle, including MI pack creation, variance analysis and group commentary.
- Support the group statutory reporting process including liaising and building strong relationships with key external advisers, particularly the external auditors.
- Deliver a programme of change across the finance function, including report and process automation.
- Provide technical accounting support for potential M&A activity, new initiatives and products, covering modelling the accounting impacts on the group’s result.
- Develop external reporting for the various internal/external stakeholders of the business.
- Develop financial and non-financial KPIs to drive accountability across the business.
- Work closely with the Finance team to set the day-to-day culture, focus, and priorities for the finance function and wider business.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed)
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
- Experience of driving continuous improvement.
- Superb relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong people manager who is resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
