Finance Manager | Manchester city centre (Hybrid) | £50,000 - £60,000 | PE backed tech SME
Axon Moore are working with a PE backed tech business in central Manchester who are looking to add a qualified Finance Manager to their team. This business have grown from £1m to £4m t/o in 12 months, and have exciting plans to scale up the business both organically and through acquisition.
The role would be ideal for an experienced Finance Manager who has previously worked in a fast growing business and can adapt quickly to change. Previous experience in developing suitable reporting packages is desirable.

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Providing meaningful analysis for operational and sales teams, helping to support the growth of the business
- Accruals and prepayments
- Weekly cash flow management
- Daily/monthly KPI and performance reporting
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Support Inventory management, with a focus on value held on balance sheet
- Monitoring and maintenance of business cashflow, weekly payment run
- Reporting key financial information to the management team
- Margin review and analysis
- Work with the Finance Director on the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Experience working in a similar role in a fast growing business
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Good analytical and excel skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ambitious, keen to develop and a willingness to be a team player
- Outgoing with good communication skills
