Job Overview:
Axon More are exclusively partnering with an outstanding professional services firm who are looking to onboard a Finance Manager into one of their highly successful divisional teams.
On the back of continued growth, and several internal promotions we are looking for a recently qualified ACA/ ACCA Accountant looking to enter industry for the first time. This predominantly commercial role will be part of a team of qualified accountants, all who have similar accountancy practice backgrounds.
With a very transparent progression cycle, this is a fantastic role if you are eager to move through the mid-market quickly, pushing toward a Finance Business Partner role.

Salary: £50,000 + benefits

Location: Central Manchester (2 days in the office)
- Analyse key performance drivers to support the early identification of risk, opportunity and other operations insight and efficiencies.
- Expertly analyse a large volume of information with extensive use of Excel and other data manipulation.
- Business partner with other areas of finance to review and assess financial reports, gaining a deeper understanding of divisional results.
- Support the annual budget process, and month and full year forecasting through data analysis and future WIP information.
- Appropriate present forecasting information in review meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the forward looking, large scale commercial investment decisions.
- Support the development of presentations to enhance the impact of financial reporting.
- ACA Qualified.
- Relevant experience of commercial analytics.
- Able to support the business function and senior management team.
- Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
