Financial Accountant
Blackpool – Hybrid
Up to 60k PLUS 20% bonus and excellent benefits
Our client based in Blackpool, known for their rapid growth, are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their innovative finance team. The ideal candidate will be a 1st or 2nd time mover and the Group Financial Controller is keen to appoint someone who is proactive and eager to drive performance and support decision making.
The role will be extremely varied, offering a range of exposure. This role will suit someone who is used to dealing with large sets of data, preparing statements, forecasts and conducting audits to ensure compliance.

The role:
- Gather and monitor financial data
- Statutory reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements
- Forecast costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Organise internal audits
- Prepare budgets
- Fixed Assets
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
- Analyse financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- 1st/2nd time mover
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
