Axon Moore are recruiting a Financial Controller for a private equity backed technology business based in Leeds. The business sit in a rapidly growing market at the forefront of technology with a number of challenges to take on as a finance team.
The role reports directly into the Director of Finance & plays a key part in the company’s financial operations. You will be an integral component in driving business performance through offering yourself as business partner to non-finance stakeholders & assist in the production of credible MI. You will be responsible for accurate understanding, challenge & reporting of revenue, costs, fixed assets, stock as well as the wider balance sheet.
Responsibilities include:
• Production/review of monthly management accounts
• Consolidation of monthly financial accounts & feed into Board pack
• Lead & manage a team of 5 qualified accountants
• Production of statutory & consolidated group statutory accounts
• Cash-flow forecasting
• Co-ordination of annual audit
In order to be considered for the role you must:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 5 Year PQE
• Strong line management skills
• Examples of streamlining processes
• Ability to meet deadlines
Salary/Package
• £70,000 - £80,000
• Bonus + LTIP
• Strong pension
