Job description
Financial Controller | Manchester | £60,000-£65,000 + bonus + benefits | High Growth Technology
Job Overview:
Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively working on behalf of an excited technology business on a scale-up exercise as they seek a transaction in the next 1-2 years.
Working alongside a newly appointed Finance Director, and gaining exposure to the CEO and SLT, this is a critical role in the business as they look to establish a strong finance team to ensure appropriate governance is in place to support any future transaction.
The role will manage and develop a small finance team on a day-to-day basis, whilst supporting the Finance Director and SLT with the ongoing commercial assessment of the business, with a focus on cash flow forecasting, PnL and partnering alongside the commercial team to produce reports to external parties and the Board.
I am eager to speak with Qualified Accountants with a few years of post qualified experience in a similar role. A particular interest would be those with a strong technical skillset, whether this be an ACA looking for their first move from practice, or an industry trained individual who has held broad roles.
With excellent benefits, hybrid working, a fantastic culture and a mentor who is keen to develop staff, this presents as an excellent opportunity.
Salary: £60,000-£65,000
Additional info: 15% bonus, 25 days annual leave + birthday off + bank holidays, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave, staff parties, discounted parking, option to buy/ sell holidays, Life insurance x3 annual salary, 24-hour GP service, hybrid working (3 days in the office)
