Financial Controller / Head of Finance | £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus | Private Equity Backed SME | Saas Business | Reporting to the Founders & Investment Partners | Long Term Incentives Available
Axon Moore is working with a North West based investment firm as they appoint a new Head of Finance into one of their portfolio investments. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller to take their first Head of Finance role working with two successful entrepreneurs and the investors.
Axon Moore has a long history of working with high growth VC/PE backed SME's, but this is a unique Saas business with an exciting USP amongst a rapidly growing market. Their short to medium term prospects are exceptionally strong and they certainly have big but achievable aspirations for the business.
The role will be end-to-end to begin with, implementing the core foundational building blocks of a finance function in order to grow a team, whilst simultaneously having strong commercial influence. The role will also be very strategic from the beginning, working closely with the investors and external advisers to help structure the business for rapid growth.
Geographically speaking, this is a hybrid role so can be worked remotely, however key internal and external relationships are based in London (close to Euston Station), Liverpool and Manchester. There would be one day a week based on London and the rest is flexible.
