Delighted to be working in partnership with a fast-growing, PE-backed business on a major growth trajectory. The t/o c.£40m business has doubled in size yr-on-yr and has ambitious further growth plans over the next 12 months and beyond.
Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team of c.10, the role requires a driven, ambitious, technically strong qualified accountant to manage all aspects of financial control – there is loads of scope to drive process improvement/efficiency's so would suit someone proactive and solutions focused. To be considered you should be ACA qualified (or equivalent) and must have previous PE experience and thrive in fast-paced, constantly-changing environments.
Due to the size and nature of the growth of the business, there are excellent career progression opportunities as well as opportunities to get involved with unlimited ad-hoc projects / M&A for someone who demonstrates their capability.
