Role Overview:

As the Financial Planning & Reporting Accountant you will play a pivotal role in shaping and informing changes in and around the business. The role will be focused on upcoming risks and opportunities in the market, from both a technical reporting and commercial reporting perspective, ensuring that they stay ahead of the bell curve of change in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of Management Information, including the creation and critique of new processes
  • Analysing results, providing recommendations and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Group planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • External reporting for investors
  • Support to the wider finance team with month end / year end processes
  • Continuous improvement of area of responsibility
  • Various projects, including new prominent areas of finance such as ‘ESG’ reporting, especially sustainability
 

Qualifications:
  • ACA 2-4 years post-qualified, or ACCA from a large practice
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinker that can tackle both high-level and low-level challenges
  • Experience of working within a high-performing finance teams
