Financial Reporting Manager | £65,000-£70,000 plus Bonus | East Lancashire | Hybrid Working | PE Backed Industry Market Leader
Axon Moore is looking for an analytically minded, driven candidate with strong technical skills to join a leading brand in East Lancashire as their new Financial Reporting Manager.
The Financial Reporting Manager will lead a strong team, project manage a range of new initiatives and assist the Financial Director and Group Financial Controller in executing projects and strategic opportunities. This is a fantastic cv-building position with extensive exposure and career progression.
The successful applicant will be an ambitious individual with the self-motivation and gravitas to lead.This role would suit a practice trained senior finance professional with relevant qualifications in (ACA/ACCA), however industry trained candidates will be considered with technical knowledge and experience.

- Consolidate and report the monthly management accounts, working with finance teams to ensure a complete and accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow.
- Manage a small team, developing and mentoring.
- Manage the month end group submission and reconciliations.
- Partner multiple heads across the business
- Support with the consolidated forecast and budget process.
- Assist in the reporting of cash performance against a rolling cash forecast.
- Develop and improve meaningful financial modelling and analysis
- Support Finance Director in the production of monthly Board packs.
- Lead annual external audit process and statutory accounts production.
- Take ownership for all statutory requirements.
