Financial Reporting Manager (6 Month FTC)

£50,000 – £55,000
Axon Moore is working with a Global market leading retail company who are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to work at the Blackburn head office.
We have opportunities available for Permanent Financial Reporting Managers.
With the finance team expanding an opportunity is available for a Financial Reporting Manager. You will be responsible for developing consistent and accurate financial reporting for the business. A key part of the role will be leading the production of the monthly management accounts, quarterly reporting to investors and annual financial statements.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will ensure data accuracy within the consolidation process for the UK and ensuring that models and processes are robust and continually reviewed for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Internal and external financial reporting
• Production of the monthly consolidation and management accounts pack for the Board Analysis
• Interpretation of financial and business data and information to ensure accuracy and relevance of the reported numbers
• Assist with the year-end consolidation and production of the consolidated annual report
• Production of subsidiary statutory accounts, working with the Group Auditors
• Assisting with ad hoc technical analysis in relation to new accounting standards, acquisition accounting, etc
• Ad hoc financial reporting projects as and when required
