Axon Moore are working in an exclusive partnership with a successful and growing PE Backed business in Bolton to recruit a new FP&A Analyst. This is an excellent role for an ambitious individual to partner with a high-calibre Head of Finance to deliver ample value across the business and influence key decisions.

You will have involvement in a variety of areas such as: improving conversion rates, analysing data, product pricing strategy, supplier cashflow forecasting and establishing key patterns / trends to advise the business on how to make positive change.
Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate with previous commercial exposure, ideally part / newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), and a keen interest in developing their SQL & Power BI skillset.

Responsibilities include:
- Building forecasting models
- Weekly trading analysis
- Building performance dashboards
- Scenario modelling around new products and categories
- Succession planning for the current Head of Finance
- Expand on KPIs to measure success, and implement via the data team
- Review weekly trading performance metrics and the impact of sales performance and product availability/ pricing
