FP&A Analyst | Central MCR (2 days) | £45,000 - £52,000 + bonus | PE Firm
Axon Moore have partnered with a high growth consultancy firm in Manchester who have created several new roles in their team for ambitious, commercially focused ACCA / CIMA qualified accountants to support the business in its next stage of growth.
Our client has a presence in both Manchester and London, providing essential commercial insight to organisations going through some form of transaction, whether this be a Private Equity deal, or a new acquisition.

Our client has a presence in both Manchester and London, providing essential commercial insight to organisations going through some form of transaction, whether this be a Private Equity deal, or a new acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver client assignments as directed by the project lead
- Deliver agreed outputs in line with clients expectations
- Development of BI to provide insight ensuring control and effective decision-making
- Present work for review by the Project Lead
- Contribute to final client deliverables
- Create financial models to project long term growth & determine the impacting business factors
- Maintain and develop effective relationships with clients to drive continual work
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results
- Obtain a deep understanding of clients’ business and contribute to the identification of additional work
- Support business development through analysis and lead generation
- Support operational delivery, planning and troubleshooting of problem contracts, alongside key operational stakeholders from a central Group perspective
- Develop processes to aid culture of continuous cash improvement
- Preparation of analytical Group financial reports to be presented to internal and external stakeholders
- Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with an ability to challenge
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
