FP&A Manager | Manchester city centre (hybrid) | £50,000 - £60,000
Axon Moore are working exclusively with an exciting well known brand who are looking to add a commercially astute FP&A Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role, you must be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience in a Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance role.
You’d be expected to hit the ground running within the team, leading all financial planning & analysis across the business whilst supporting the senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with the wider teams to understand business performance and how this translates into the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
- Acting as a conduit between finance and operational teams to help drive profitable growth
- Reviewing of commercial arrangements and business cases helping to inform decision making
- Lead the annual budgeting process
- Provide high quality actionable analysis, ensuring sufficient challenge is provided
- Model, understand and interpret financial and operational implications of strategic opportunities
- Preparation of board materials including overseeing the preparation of monthly board packs
- Regular reporting of market performance, looking at competitors, new business ventures
- Maintain accurate financial insights that facilitate the tracking of benefits against targets
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1-2 years PQE
- An ability to present financial information to colleagues in a clear, concise and confident manner
- Cross functional stakeholder management and an ability to lead change across the business
