FP&A Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Manchester City Centre
£50,000 - £60,000
Axon Moore have an urgent requirement for an experienced and qualified FP&A Manager to join a large and growing Global Shared Service Centre in Manchester City Centre.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, Strategy and Commercial in a centralised Group finance function the focus of the role will be across all global entities within the group. Key areas of the role will be overseeing the FP&A team, owner of the 6 year plan, group strategic decisions, automating and driving system changes along with private equity relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Competitor analysis
- Share scheme modelling and updates
- Overseeing business planning and budgets for all entities
- Managing projects within the team
- Owning adhoc requests from senior stakeholders and allocating to team
- Owning salaries reporting with full review and bi-weekly updates
- Update, redesign and review board pack
- Various scenario modelling
- Create new front office reporting
- Responsible for revenue and billing targets – setting the budget/ meeting with Directors
- Reviewing work from more junior members
- Ownership of the end to end 6 year plan process and quarterly revised assumptions
- Key contributor to any valuation / share activity
- Constantly assessing and evaluating systems and processed to identify efficiencies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisation, communication and presentational skills
- Confident, tactful individual who is self-motivated and approachable
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and a strong desire to develop new skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (excel test will be required)
