Group Financial Accountant

Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and high growth PE backed business in Bolton to recruit a newly qualified Group Financial Accountant.

This is a coveted position that will spring board the successful candidates career within 12- 18 months, giving them ample variety and full end-to-end responsibility within the group as well gaining excellent exposure to a high calibre finance team and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly KPI analysis and Financial Reporting to the board & PE house
• Involvement in month end procedures such as WIP reviews, being one of the most complex and significant reporting areas of the group, with the ability to take responsibility for such areas.
• Involvement in budgeting cycles
• Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts, audit and consolidation
• Ad hoc project work including M&A exposure and integration, contributing to the businesses ongoing success
• Involvement in process and system improvements across the finance function
• Provide ad hoc support to the FC, Group FD and CFO

The role will suit an individual who is pro-active, enthusiastic and able to manage and prioritise workloads.
