Axon Moore are pleased to partner with a growing business based in Lancashire as they look to recruit a Senior Group Financial Reporting Manager for a 12 month interim position. This role will be pivotal in production of the monthly group consolidation and financial information used for board reporting.

The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven background working in large multinational complex business, strong exposure to IFRS and have a strong communication skills to work across the business,

Key responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the production of the year-end Group consolidation and production of the consolidated annual report under IFRS
- Support the delivery of Group Finance audit delivery to time table
- Monthly production of working capital analysis for the Group
- Support the implementation of the SAP Group Reporting Consolidation tool
- Review, challenge & support country team financial submissions
- Develop a programme continuous improvements in month end controls of the group finance team and country reporting
- Ad hoc financial reporting projects as and when required
- Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with both the Group finance team and divisional finance teams so as to support relevant knowledge/skill transfer, information sharing, consistent good practice and joint commitment to the resolution of accounting issues
