The Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing and leading a team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Handling high volume payroll operations, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
- Managing pensions and addressing related payroll enquiries.
- Resolving payroll queries promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Utilising Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Use your initiative to suggest process improvement and payroll streamlining.
- A CiPP qualification (or equivalent) showcasing your expertise in payroll management.
- Proven experience in managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Experience in high volume payroll processing.
- Previous experience managing pensions and addressing associated queries is desirable.
- Proficient Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- A salary range of £45,000 - £48,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
