Axon Moore has partnered with an exciting new client North of Manchester to recruit a Head of Finance to lead its UK operation. This a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to consolidate their existing experience and take a career move towards becoming a Finance Director.
It’s a technically demanding role at its core that is reliant on SOX and US GAAP knowledge, but it has a much broader scope and opportunity for wider exposure. The role will take full responsibility for leading a large finance team and will be heavily involved in commercial, operational and strategic decision making.
One of the core pre-requisites of this role is having the character and integrity to take a progressive leadership position within their organisation. They’re a dynamic business with a brilliant staff base and a strong team-focused culture. They require a finance leader who can steward this culture and who can continue to lead the team from strength to strength.
This role has the benefit of having an international framework of peers and sector specialists that can support the candidate in the role, and they have a strong external support network of advisors too that can help this candidate build their experience ahead of taking a future step to FD.
