Head of Finance | £65,000 - £75,000 | Bolton – with links to M61 | Entrepreneurial SME | Hybrid 4/1
Axon Moore has partnered with an SME near Bolton to recruit a Head of Finance. The role will work closely with the Managing Director and will be responsible for the custodianship of the business’s finances, allowing them to build on the success of recent years, and continue to expand their operations.
This role is ideal for a business leader who is passionate about finance, but who is also passionate about finding a use for their skill set to make a positive difference in the world.
The candidate must be the right type of personality to work in a broad role with a large array of stakeholders. They must have the leadership skills necessary to inform strategy, and keep control of the business’s budget as they chase their ambitions, but equally be a catalyst and driver behind their vision to help them grow.
The candidate needs to be a strong people person that has a passion for seeing others prosper and do well, and a person that can build rapport with any audience.
The role will be varied, a true SME Head of Finance position. The candidate must be willing to support the existing team and get involved in all aspects of month end where needed.
