Axon Moore is exclusively working with a highly reputable PE Backed business in Blackburn to recruit a Head of FP&A on a full time, permanent basis.
The newly created Head of FP&A role is a key senior role that reports into the CFO and a dotted line to the CSO and is the key to turning data into information and information into insight.
The role will support the fund raising and project finance activities across the group and will consist of conducting in-depth analysis of business performance. You will also provide recommendations for improvements, build and maintain complex financial models used to assess and secure financing (both debt and equity) for various projects & continuous M&A investments.
You will be Qualified in ACA from a Big 4/Top 10 firm with experience within Corporate Finance or Professional Services to be considered.
Requirements:
• Robust Excel and the strong stakeholder management skills are essential
• Be comfortable manipulating & verifying the integrity of data sets.
• Corporate finance transactions and refinancing knowledge.
• Exceptional Financial Modelling skills with use of PowerBI
• Created information packs and presentations for Board members
You will be a naturally charismatic, engaging, and forward-thinking leader, someone who is happy to manage the detail but also see the bigger picture, working with the SLT and Board to set the strategy for the business for the foreseeable future.
