Axon Moore are delighted to be sourcing for a Head of FP&A role for a high-growth and highly-acquisitive Hospitality business, which, due to multiple acquisitions, has doubled in size over the past few years. The role is Cheshire-based, with a very flexible hybrid-working scheme of only 1-2 days a week in the office.
Reporting to the CFO, we are looking for a high-calibre candidate to join as Head of FP&A, who will lead a small team of Analysts. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years post-qualified experience and be able to demonstrate a depth to your working experience in an accounting environment, including a thorough understanding of business KPI reporting, investment appraisal and performance tracking, managing business stakeholders and business reporting systems.
Main objectives of the role:
The leadership and management of the comapny's FP&A team, including career
development of direct reports and managing process improvement and optimisation;
Support the CFO in the provision and delivery of high-quality financial and management
information to the Group’s shareholders and other key stakeholders;
The delivery of management information and reporting, budgets and forecasts and insightful
analysis to the Operating Board and senior business leaders across the business – supporting and
challenging business decisions;
Oversee the automation of reporting and BI systems working with the in‐house IT team.
Ideally you will have experience working in the finance team of a multi‐site hospitality, retail or property business.
