Axon Moore is exclusively working with a highly reputable and well-known brand based in Burnley to recruit a Head of FP&A on a full time, permanent basis.
The newly created Head of FP&A role is a key senior role that reports into the Director of Finance and a dotted line to the CFO and is the key to turning data into information and information into insight.
The successful candidate will get key exposure to the following:
• Conducting in-depth analysis of business performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
• Creating and monitoring KPIs, ensuring accuracy, reporting on drivers of change and improving overall analysis & metrics.
• Modelling the financial impact of group wide projects & investments.
• Assisting with analysis and commentary for monthly reporting and board packs, including both financial and commercial analysis.
Requirements:
• Robust Excel and the strong stakeholder management skills are essential
• Fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Be comfortable manipulating & verifying the integrity of data sets.
• Modelled P&L’s, Balance Sheets and an understanding of consolidations.
• Created information packs and presentations for Board members
