Axon Moore are currently looking to recruit an Interim Finance Director for a client based in Lancashire this is a critical role to drive financial performance, financial guidance and leadership for the business.

The successful candidate will be qualified accountant ACA, CIMA or ACCA with a proven background in similar role, available at short notice with strong communication skills across all levels. Strong results driven mindset to exceed financial targets

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the financial reporting and accounting functions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain financial policies and procedures
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, supplies and advisors
