Job description
Axon Moore are pleased to partner with a growing SME as they look to recruit an interim financial controller for an inital 3 month contract, this role will be hands on position working with the new finance team to create all processes, new system, end to end accounts
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, QBE) with a proven background in financial controller roles, strong hands on experience and the ability to hit the ground running.

- Month end general ledger close and monthly management accounts submission
- Variance analysis v forecast and budget.
- Liaison with commercial finance areas regarding revenues and margins.
- Cash management and forecasting – supplier payment management
- Accounts Payable.
- Owner of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Statutory accounts and tax workings preparation, VAT submission.
- External and internal audit liaison
