Lettings Negotiator: Preston PR1: Permanent: Circa £26K per annum plus bonus

Axon Moore are extremely proud to be representing an award winning family business based in the heart of Preston.

In order to be considered for this application you will need:-

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume sales/admin role
• Sound local knowledge of Preston and surrounding areas
• Full clean driving license

 The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly motivated and enjoy working in fast paced sales environment
• Confident and professional  on the phone and in face to face situations

• Able to work under pressure to hit targets
• Use own initiative and be super organised
• Meticulous at following procedures

 Your main duties will include:

• High volume outgoing sales calls to a data base of prospective tenants
• Dealing with high volume incoming phone and email enquiries from tenants
• Booking viewings into and managing their own diary to maximise time
• Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
• Conducting property inspections and producing inspection reports

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday& Friday 9am – 5.00pm with one late per week (Thursday) working10am-6pm.
In addition to 1 in 7 Saturdays 9.00am – 12.30pm.

Bonus: Profit related (annual bonus)

Pension (Nest pension scheme)

Petrol – (paid at £0.45ppm)

Location- On site, office based
