Management Accountant

Axon Moore are partnering with a very successful business in Wigan to recruit a part qualified Management Accountant.

This is an excellent varied role for an ambitious individual to gain exceptional exposure and shadow and learn from a high calibre and supportive Financial Controller

Responsibilities include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Preparations and posting of month end journals
• Assisting with the reporting of key balance sheet accounts
• Act as finance business partner to relevant leadership teams
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and re-forecasts to the Group
• Support the delivery of improvements and effectiveness across the business
• Preparing for statutory audits
• Assisting with the production of monthly and quarterly VAT returns

The role will suit an individual with a positive, can-do attitude with an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work, who is hungry to develop within an established and forward thinking finance team.
