Axon Moore is excited to collaborate with an exciting and dynamic business based in Alfreton, seeking a Management Accountant to join their supportive team and report directly to the Finance Manager. This position is ideal for both part-qualified, newly qualified or QBE professionals looking to contribute to this companies’ success and growth.

- Individuals who are part-qual, newly qualified and QBE are encouraged to apply to this role -
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets and conduct risk analysis / risk management.
- Take ownership of cost accounting duties.
- Oversee and mentor members of the transactional team and general accounting procedures.
- Lead in the preparation of management accounts.
- Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified CIMA / ACCA or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience using Sage 50 is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
