Management Accountant - Progression to Financial Controller
Salary - Up to 57k PLUS fantastic benefits
Location - Burnley - hybrid
Our exclusive client, a PE backed, fast growing business based in East Lancashire is looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious individual looking to progress over the coming years, there is opportunity to progress up to Financial Controller pretty quicky subject to performance.
The role is very varied, offering a wide range of duties from preparing the Management Accounts to Business partnering with senior leaders in the business.
Role:
• Delivery of the Monthly Management Accounts including analysis and insights
• Full ownership of the Balance Sheet and all key reconciliations
• Production on weekly KPI’s
• Evolving processes and creating discipline across functions
• Weekly Cashflow Planning and Management
• Compliance reporting inc VAT returns
• Commercial support for strong decision making to senior leadership
• Finance business partnering
• Assisting with future acquisitions.
The ideal candidate:
• CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Strong excel skills
• dynamic and ambitious
