Management Accountant

Axon Moore are proud to be working in partnership with a global business services company as they look to recruit a Part Qualified finance professional to join their team. With a first-class senior leadership team and very dynamic finance team, this business is offering a bright and ambitious finance individual the opportunity to take the next step in their finance career.

The role will offer full study support, mentor-ship and exposure across a broad range of finance duties. There is a progression route to  Finance Manager level within this large and progressive business.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cash-flow reporting, suggest improvements, margin reporting and analysis, reviewing targets and KPI’s
• Reporting on business units, including Profit and Loss Account with analysis and commentary
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Profit and loss forecasts
• Support and assist with the development of a small team
• Provide support and advice across the business
• Ad hoc duties

Required Skills and Experience:

• Studying towards ACCA / CIMA or ACA Qualification
• Strong experience in Management Accounting
• Analytical and able to interpret financial information
• Have previous exposure to a fast paced finance environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organised and self-motivated with an ability to prioritise and manage own time efficiently and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build relationships across the business
• Adaptable and flexible nature
