Management Accountant (Maternity Cover) | £35,000 - £45,000 DOE | Blackburn | Broad exposure | Hybrid + Flexible

A generous starting salary is on offer up to £45,000, and the business also boasts a great working culture with hybrid and flexible working also on offer (2:3 days office/home split).

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts with appropriate commentary where required
- Being a valued business partner with the Operations team to support and assist in making business decisions
- To ensure balance sheets and cashflows are accurate and reconciled
- To provide appropriate additional analysis to support the accounts and any ad hoc analysis as required
- To assist in completion accounting following acquisitions
- To assist in the year end audit and provide supporting schedules
- To assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Good management accounts experience
- Good IT and MS Excel skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Able to quickly adapt to change
- Work efficiently towards meeting deadlines
