Working with the Board and shareholders, this wide ranging and exciting role will include:

• Ensure delivery of outstanding client service across the business that is capable of exceeding expectations
The incoming Managing Director will be:
• A strong and inspiring leader with the requisite interpersonal and communication skills to take a developing business through exciting growth and change
• Outward looking and proactive, readily seeking to engage with new/existing relationships and explore/initiate new possibilities for growth
• Able to operate at both a strategic and detailed level, understanding what it takes to get things done and maintain momentum

• Energetic with a strong ‘can do’ attitude
• Pragmatic with robust commercial acumen and judgement
• Able and willing to ‘roll their sleeves up’ to get things done as and when required

Experience within the engineering/ manufacturing sector will be helpful, but the calibre and commercial 'nous' of the individual is paramount.

The individual should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering profitable growth, preferably in a similar engineering solutions/ manufacturing focused environment.
