Axon Moore are exclusively recruiting an Master Data Administrator role on behalf of an exciting and growing business with their shared services centre based in Manchester City Centre. The company operate in the health care sector and it’s main customers are some of the largest global businesses in the industry.
This role will work within the Order To Cash team, reporting to the OTC Lead ensuring that all data within Oracle is correctly administered and maintained as well as updated. You will work to global standards and will ensure that new entities are onboarded to the system accurately with data fit for purpose.
Salary and benefits:
Salary - £30,000 DOE, hybrid working options – 2 days per week in their central offices in Manchester City Centre, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and other benefits available on request.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing the supplier and customer master data sets within Oracle
- Work closely with other functions in the business to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Be the main point of contact for any system related queries
- Develop data validation and exception reports to maximise data accuracy
- Ensure datasets are consistent across the business
- Escalate complex queries to the OTC Team Lead where necessary
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Master Data role
- Highly proficient in Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas
- System driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and systems – Oracle is hugely beneficial
- GDPR knowledge is ideal
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally, with a confidence and ability to business partner
- Problem solving mindset, willing to find something out if you don’t already know
- Planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
