Order To Cash Associate / South Manchester / Progression Opportunity
Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a multi-billion pound turnover PLC looking to recruit an ambitious credit controller into their order to cash team, to support the continued developments of the business.
Salary: up to £28,000

Main responsibilities:
- Posting and allocating cash
- Bank statement and balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing customer invoices & credit notes in accordance with HMRC VAT regulations
- Daily reconciliations of invoicing reports
- Process monthly write-offs
- Upload, manage and reconcile customer portals
- Liaising with relevant sales departments
- Produce weekly reports and work alongside the Credit Control team
- Hold weekly/monthly meetings
- Produce account adjustments and cash moves
- Effectively deliver month end close on working day 1
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers, stakeholders and the wider finance teams
- A good knowledge & understanding of Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience of processing a high volume of invoices/credits in multiple currencies
- A good knowledge and understanding of VAT requirements
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ACCESS, Outlook and Excel (Understanding V-Lookup, Pivot and Functions as a basic requirement for the role)
