P2P Process Lead | £50,000 - £55,000 | Remote
Axon Moore are supporting a world-leading manufacturer that is looking for an Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence Lead. This is a remote role, you will have an integral role in driving change management and contribute to a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
• Create strong business partnering with Global Supply Chain, Commercial Teams and the Business in general
• Propose and drive process simplification, automation and innovation
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators
• Support Shared Services Centre(s) and country organizations with complex issue resolution in P2P area
• Support in aligning common goals and standardising processes
• Act as a key member for global and high impact strategic projects
• Identify and support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in all Purchase to Pay processes
• Act as a change agent to ensure that change process is deployed with minimal disruption
• Drive culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and visible hands-on leadership
• Provide structured trainings where appropriate
• Be a SAP expert in P2P area
Key requirements:
• Financial, Procure to Pay Management experience required as standard
• 5+ years’ experience in P2P arena
• Strong Excel, SAP / BW / PowerBI/Power Query skills or equivalent analytics tools
• Proven ability to identify poor processes and implement improvements
• Demonstrate an ability to work across functions and geographic boundaries
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels
• Ability to motivate individuals in order to produce high quality results within tight time frames
• Experience in automation of processes
• Experience of vendor customer portals, data collection and analytics essential
Benefits/Package:
• Salary of up to £55k
• Annual bonus
• 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays
• Annual leave purchase scheme (up to 5 days)
• Remote working – travel to Lancashire site once a month for team meeting
