Purchase Ledger / £25K - £28K / Stockport Area
I am delighted to be exclusively working with this fantastic market leading company, as the add a Purchase Ledger into their team. This role will be a pivital position within the finance function, and an individual experienced within AP would be ideal! This company really put staff first.. even a one off discretionary bonus of £200 was paid twice last year!

I am delighted to be exclusively working with this fantastic market leading company, as the add a Purchase Ledger into their team. This role will be a pivital position within the finance function, and an individual experienced within AP would be ideal! This company really put staff first.. even a one off discretionary bonus of £200 was paid twice last year!
Main duties:
- Day to day support for the Purchase Ledger function
- Training and upskilling in the role to cope with increasing demands and a growing business
- Pricing invoices to the ledger accurately
- Work with the Purchase Ledger manager to resolve any queries
- Intercompany reconciliations and adjustments
- Month end supplier reconciliation and payment proposals
- Credit cards and expenses
- Ad hoc reporting and support as required.
Key Requirements
- Sage 200 experience is not essential but is desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or within an accounting dept
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Demonstrates the company values, Teamwork, Trust, Integrity and Hard Work
- Fits into the team and acts as a team player supporting where needed
