Job description

THE COMPANY:

The business is a market leading company based in Morley, they looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly finance team and take ownership of the ledger.

The role is varied and you would be responsible for maintaining a tidy ledger, supporting key clients across the business, building relationships and resolving queries.


THE JOB:
  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements, resolving balancing items with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Payment authorisation
  • Employee expense claims
  • Dealing with queries.
  • Month end reporting
  • Ensure all daily and month end deadlines are met.
  • Preparing payment paperwork and seeking relevant approvals

  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Team Player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised and accurate with attention to detail
